Liyuan Yang is a Ph.D. student in Biological Systems Engineering at the University of California, Davis. She graduated with a BS degree from the Agricultural and Biological Engineering department of the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She is interested in crop modeling and digital agriculture technologies for safe and efficient crop productions. Her current research involves design and application of efficient irrigation systems.
